To date, I have the honour of talking with psychologists, social workers, former MLA, lawyers, youth, Minister of cabinet, Vice Provost at a University, documentary film maker, former media broadcaster, and policy makers. Each episode ends with some calls to action so the listener can walk away with ideas they can think about, do, and do more of on their anti-racism journey.

Gurjeet stated that there is online hate against South Asian folks. He shares the psychological impact, reasons for disinhibition in an online environment, and ways to cope. He explains that names with "Jeet" mean "victory" and some are using the word in a racist way. He is passionate about helping individuals cope with anti-Indian hate.

Don shares that Jewish people are the most targeted for hate crimes in Canada. He said that the binary where he is white-passing and also experiencing racism is difficult. He voices the importance of getting to know your neighbours.

Linda shares that she came to Canada from Nigeria, and her parents are wonderful role models. She is passionate about supporting Black students to thrive and says it is important to dare to dream. She calls for a systemic change so Black youth are seen for their potential.
